Sync

Sync is separate from Premium — an optional subscription that keeps your connections, saved queries, and (opt-in) query history the same on every device. Passwords, private keys, and passphrases never sync; they stay in each device's keychain.

Licensing questions
- How do I restore Premium on a new device?
- Premium is tied to your App Store or Play Store account. Install PG Orbit on the new device and use Restore Purchases — no extra charge.
- How do I cancel Sync?
- In your App Store or Play Store subscription settings, like any other subscription. The app and Premium keep working; only syncing stops.
- Does deleting my account cancel the Sync subscription?
- No. Deleting your account from the app's settings removes the server account and all synced data, but the subscription itself is managed in the App Store or Play Store — cancel it there.
- How do refunds work?
- Purchases go through Apple and Google, so refunds do too — request one through the App Store or Play Store.
