Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Database Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your database operations and data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PG Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Maximum Liability

Since PG Orbit may be provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for the application in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
